Kevin Mullin from the Weld Food Bank accepted a check for over $600 from Alisha Rosales, president of Brentwood’s National Junior Honor Society. The funds were from donations made at candy sales held during girls’ basketball and wrestling seasons, January through March this year. Each dollar given to the Weld Food Bank can purchase ten dollars of food, so this check will buy over $6000. Congratulations members of NJHS and thank you for all your hard work.

    Yessica Rodriguez is an eighth grader at Brentwood Middle School who has a passion for music and a goal to pursue a career as a pediatrician and a musician at The Juilliard School in New York City. At school, Yessica balances academics, band, orchestra, and friendships, making the most out of her school experience.
